Unfortunately coming into the Summer months my skin decides to start drying out regardless of me throwing on buckets of hydrating products so, when this little thing managed to find its way to me I was very intrigued.
This is a all-in one body oil from Human+Kind, an Irish skin care company with a great philosophy.. "simple, superior natural and dependable beauty products that multi-task as much as they do". Human+Kind creates a pared down approach to skincare developing superior, natural formulations, capable of multi-tasking and benefiting skin types of all ages. So with a mission like that I had high expectations!
So lets get down to it..
The body oil is packaged in a plastic bottle and has a screw on cap, this immediately is something I like because I can see this travelling well. If it was in glass bottle I could see it easily breaking and also pop off tops aren't the most reliable. Under the screw off top their is a restricted top that lets out a drop of oil at a time, again, another great idea. One drop of this stuff is LOADS!
I found the best time to use this was after I had my shower I put it on everywhere! I wanted to see how the oil reacted with all my skin and not just the dry patches. I was surprised at the results I really like the over all finish, my skin was soft and felt good and healthy, plus the smell is very pleasant and reminds me of the oil at a proper massage parlor. I think it's important to start off using less than what you think you need because on my first attempts I ended up with way too much oil all over myself and I ended up a greasy mess and had to shower again! I shouldn't have been so impatient to put it on. Be patient and apply one drop at a time and you should get a nice even application.
I'm very pleased with the oil overall and definitely will be finishing the bottle and repurchasing.
